He began his career in public service where he was Head of the Legal Area of the National Commission of the Environment (CONAMA) Metropolitan Region, Head of the Legal Division of the Ministry of National Goods, Head of the Legal Division of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, and finally, General Counsel of the CONAMA. He joined VGC Abogados as a partner in 2006.
He is currently teaching in the Master in Registry and Real Estate Law of the Universidad Central Law School, for the module “Environment and Building”; in the Master in Environmental Law of the Universidad del Desarrollo, in the courses “Environmental Procedural Law” and “Biodiversity”; and in the Master in Law (LLM), mention in Regulatory Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in the course “Biodiversity”.
Eduardo is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Association of Environmental Law (ACHIDAM).
